Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

Rachel is a friendly and welcoming Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable, valued and at ease from the moment they arrive at Agincourt Dental.

With her warm personality and approachable manner, Rachel enjoys being one of the first friendly faces patients see when visiting the practice. She understands that dental appointments can sometimes feel daunting and always aims to create a relaxed, reassuring experience for everyone.

Rachel particularly enjoys getting to know patients, helping them feel confident about their visits and supporting them throughout their dental journey. She takes pride in being part of a close-knit team at Agincourt Dental, where colleagues support one another and create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.

Outside of dentistry, Rachel enjoys keeping active, socialising with friends, going to the cinema and spending quality time with her family. She is also a hairdresser and enjoys the creativity and personal connections that come with it.

Originally from Newport, Rachel moved to Monmouth 17 years ago, where she now lives with her husband and their teenage child.
